How Hola Revenue handles your information.

Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Who we are

Hola Revenue ("Hola Revenue," "we," "us," or "our") is a revenue-recovery service that helps local service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, auto repair, garage doors, pest control, locksmiths, moving, and similar trades) turn missed phone calls into booked jobs, by automatically texting callers who didn't get through and qualifying the lead. We are based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to three groups of people: (a) visitors to our website at holarevenue.com, (b) businesses that subscribe to the Hola Revenue service ("Customers"), and (c) the people who call a Customer's business and receive a text message from our service on that Customer's behalf ("Message Recipients").

2. Information we collect

Website visitors

  • Information you give us directly - for example, your name, email, phone number, or business details, if you book a call through our scheduling link, email us, or fill out a form.
  • Standard technical information collected by our hosting provider when you visit our site - such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy.

Customers (businesses that use our service)

  • Business and contact information - business name, owner/contact name, email, phone number, and mailing address.
  • The phone number(s) you connect to the Hola Revenue service.
  • Billing information - our payment processor, Stripe, collects and stores your payment card details directly. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
  • Communications you have with us, including support requests and call recordings or notes from onboarding/demo calls.

Message Recipients (people who call a Customer's business)

  • The phone number that placed the missed call.
  • The content of the text message conversation that follows - including anything you tell us about the job you need (for example, what kind of service, urgency, or address), so we can turn it into a lead for the business you called.
  • This information is collected and processed through our messaging provider, Twilio, on behalf of and at the direction of the specific business (our Customer) whose phone number you called.

3. How we use information

  • To operate the core service: detecting a missed call, sending the automatic text, qualifying the lead through conversation, and delivering the resulting lead to the Customer whose number was called.
  • To set up, maintain, and support Customer accounts, including billing through Stripe.
  • To respond to inquiries, demo requests, and support questions.
  • To send service-related communications (for example, billing notices or service updates) and, where you've agreed to it, occasional product or marketing updates.
  • To monitor, secure, and improve the reliability of the service.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Text messaging (SMS) program

The core of our service is text messaging. The following applies to any SMS conversation sent or received through Hola Revenue on behalf of a Customer:

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent - this information is not shared with any third parties, other than the specific Customer whose missed call generated the conversation.

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with the business you contacted.

Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of text messages at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP, or contact us at hello@holarevenue.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • With the relevant Customer. If you text back a missed call to one of our Customers, that Customer receives your phone number and the resulting lead details - the same as if you'd spoken to them directly.
  • With service providers who help us run the service, including Twilio (SMS and voice), Stripe (payment processing), and Calendly (scheduling). These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us.
  • For legal reasons - if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hola Revenue, our Customers, or the public.
  • In a business transfer - if Hola Revenue is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Message conversation history is generally retained for the length of the Customer's subscription plus a reasonable period afterward, unless a deletion request is made under Section 7.

7. Your rights and choices

  • Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.
  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@holarevenue.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before making changes.
  • If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or a U.S. state with its own privacy law (such as California), you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar laws, including the right to know what information we hold about you and to request deletion. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, and we rely on established providers (Twilio, Stripe) that maintain their own industry-standard security certifications. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

Our service is intended for businesses and their adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International data transfers

Hola Revenue is based in Canada. Our service providers (including Twilio and Stripe) may process and store information in the United States or other countries. By using our service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to notify Customers directly.
